Jaret is on a mission to provide a responsive building service for people and businesses; a service that embraces respect, fairness, and your phone calls being returned same business day. As Principal of Tractus Projects, Jaret leads the company in its mission to create profitable work space environments for its Clients.
Before creating Tractus Projects in 2005, Jaret held executive and technical positions with WeatherGuard Roofing, Smith Carter Architects & Engineers, Beach Rocke Engineering, and Contempora Steel Ltd. He received his diploma with honors in Structural Engineering Technology from Red River College, and has completed various courses in project management, construction safety and computer programing. Jaret also serves on the boards of the Exchange District Biz, Yes Winnipeg and The Winnipeg Construction Association.

Jody’s understanding of dynamics between Company, Client and efficient construction techniques enables him to consistently build Awesome! As project manager to Tractus Projects, Jody possesses the strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills that balance “getting it right” with “getting it done”.
Before joining Tractus Projects in 2010, Jody owned and operated his own design-build renovation company that specialized in high end residential projects in Vancouver, BC. His extensive experience on the tools, his vast understanding of material assembly, and his meticulous attention to detail enables Jody to deliver amazing projects on time, on budget and to specification. Jody has completed various courses in construction safety, project management, and is currently working towards his Gold Seal certification honored by the Canadian Construction Association.
